How do I return or exchange a product?

Do you want to return a product? No problems!
  • You can return a product up to 14 days after recieving it.
  • Keep in mind that we cannot accept returns on products that are missing brand tags and/or labels.
  • Refunds are made to the account used when the purchase was made.
  • If you want to return underwear or other similar products, please keep in mind that we cannot, for hygienic reasons, accept them if the seal on the packaging has been broken.
  • The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that you pack them properly to avoid damages during shipping.
  • If you return all products you've bought, a processing fee matching the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • A return is normally processed within 1-3 working days from it reaching our warehouse.
You want to exchange a product? No problems there, either!
  • The same terms as when making a return apply.
  • Fill in the form with what you want to exhcange your product for.
  • If we have it in stock, it is usually sent the day after the return has been processed.
  • Keep it mind that the value of your exchanged items cannot exceed the original sum.
  • We offer up to a maximum of 2 exchanges per order. You can exchange multiple items per exchange.
I've returned my purchase but haven't heard anything from you?

Mail respones sometimes end up in the spam folder, unfortunately, so we recommend contacting us via Messenger instead.

If you've returned your purchase without hearing anything from us, you're welcome to contact us so we can find out why. Usually, it's as simple as Klarna sometimes taking up to 14 work days before issuing the refund that we've requested.

I want to return a damaged product!

If you want to return a damaged or defect product, please contact us via mail or Messenger and we'll sort this out in the best way possible.

What does your Try-At-Home guarantee mean?

In short terms, it means that we at want you to feel safe as a customer when shopping with us. In other words, we're moving the fitting rooms into your home! As soon as your products arrive, you're able to take your time and really try them out. The products you're happy with you keep, and the others you return to us. A small return fee deducted from the refunded amount.

Help! I forgot to pick up my shipment!

It's very important that you reach out to us via mail or Messenger if you've forgotten to pick up your purchase. That way we can make a note of it and avoid any unnecessary trouble. If you don't reach out to us, a processing & handling fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Purchases & orders

A product I was interested in buying is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

We don't always know if something will be restocked or not, but we recommend subscribing to the size you want. If it ever comes back in stock again, you'll be notified the moment it is.

You could also search for similar products using our search function at the top of the page.

Keeping an eye on our new arrivals is a good idea too since we're regularly adding new pieces to our inventory.

I'm still wating for my purchase I made some time ago.

It might be that one or more of the purchased products are preorders. If that's the case, your purchase will be on hold until we can ship all products at once. Information about this should've been sent to you when the purchase was made, but unfortunately system errors occur from time to time.

Another reason could be that your shipment has been delayed, and you can track it yourself using the tracking link sent to you earlier.

Regardless, we encourage you to contact us via mail or Messenger, so we can sort this out.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We have free shipping on all orders above 95 EUR, else we'll charge a minor shipping fee depending on your location.

Depending on your location, we might offer express delivery as well.

Can I use invoice as a payment method?

We offer many ways to pay for your purchase at Credit card, invoice or installments are available to most. You can read more about payment methods in our Terms of Purchase.

I deleted my invoice by accident, can you send me another one?

Of course! Please contact us via mail or Messenger and we'll sort this out.


We always have free shipping when you shop for 95 € .

No deal is completed before you have received your goods, tested and approved them. We offer something that we at call "Try-Home-Guarantee", which in short means that you can purchase clothing and then try them in peace and quiet in your home. If there's something wrong or unsatisfactory we offer the possibility to replace products. If you want to return your entire purchase, this will also be possible, and a processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Apart from this, we always have 14-day return policy on everything, which means you can get your money back if you are not completely satisfied, provided that the product is unused and undamaged. You'll find detailed pricing in our terms.
